Cancellation Policy

As a consideration to other guests & your therapist, please provide at least 12 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Any cancellations made less than 12 hours before scheduled appoints will be charged 30% of the service total. No-Shows will be charged 100% of service total.
